The three bedroom penthouse condo (see floorplan) has two bedrooms overlooking the marina and swimming pool. It also comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, jacuzzi in the master bedroom and a wet bar with refrigerator on the terrace. A spacious living room and dining room, which features an 8' billiard table, also overlooks the marina. All rooms overlooking the marina have a slider leading to the terrace.
